IndiPharm Appoints New Vice President of Global Business Development: Expanding Global Business Development and Marketing Efforts
RADNOR, PA, September 9 - IndiPharm, Inc. today have appointed Michael Brown to Vice President, Global Business Development to lead the company's global sales and marketing activities. His responsibilities will include building and managing a professional global sales organization, developing the brand and marketing strategy, and managing new and existing customer relationships while leveraging IndiPharm's unique business model to expand clinical research services and partnerships within the global biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
Mr. Brown brings to IndiPharm over 15 years of clinical research organization (CRO) and big pharmaceutical industry experience including senior positions in business development, sales management, and business operations.
Mr. Brown started his career in clinical research operations as a clinical research associate with Covance (PACT) in the early 1990s and later made the transition to business development/sales and marketing. Mike also held senior positions at other leading global CROs. During his career, Mr. Brown has amassed a widely diverse portfolio of global clinical development, business development, and business operations experience. More recently, Mr. Brown was the global leader of business operations for GlaxoSmithKline’s metabolic franchise before returning again to CRO business development. Mr. Brown received his undergraduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School.
